How it works.

Stage 1

Register to open an online account.

Stage 2

Fill in all the questions regarding your application for investment. We will also require a deck presentation in either PowerPoint or a PDF doc. For more information on what should be in your presentation please click here (insert link)

Stage 3

We charge a ‘one off’ assessment / evaluation fee of £250 + vat* for all applications to be assessed by our investment team. This is fully refundable fee if your application is successful. The fee will be refunded once investment funds have cleared. If you are required to submit more information this will be done via your online account with no further charges.

Stage 4

Subject to a successful investment application you will be asked to present your proposal to the investors interested in investing. This will be either at 75Capital’s offices or at a location agreed by all parties. Presentations outside 75Capital’s offices will paid for by the company seeking investment.

In order to help us assess your funding needs we ask all new members to submit their proposal to us via our online tool. Here you will be asked a series of questions regarding your need for investment and company structure/trading history.

If your idea / investment opportunity meets the criteria for investment then one of our analysts will be in-touch to arrange the next stage. You can log into your online account at anytime to see the progress of your application. Where further information is required we will get in-touch with you either via your online account or email.

If your idea is not suitable for our investors we will respond in writing via email or your account.

We try to respond to everyone but due to high volume of ideas / investment opportunities we receive then it can take several weeks for us to get back to you. Please keep checking your online account.

* Payment is only required when your application is submitted for review and not when you open an account. The fee of £250 + vat covers our administration charges for setting up your online account, reviewing each application and presenting the investment case to the panel of private investors. The fee is fully refundable upon investment funds being transfer to investee’s account. No refunds will be given for unsuccessful applications and no claims for refunds will be considered if investment in not obtained.

Payment required at point of submission. Declined transactions will result in your application not being processed. Alternative payment options are not available. All payments are secured through a third party vendor and receipt of transaction will be sent upon successful authorisation. VAT is charged at 20%, VAT receipt invoice on request.
